Mechanical Design Engineer - Medical Domain - Hand held Products - Cosumer Electronics - West Sussex I am currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design engineer to work for a globally recognized organization based in West Sussex. Fantastic salary and benefits package that can be disclosed upon application. This will be a key technical role involving new product development from concept through to manufacture but will also involve support and modifications of existing lines. My client specializes in the design and development of respiratory devices for the medical domain. With this in mind anyone with experience in product development for the medical device industry would be of high interest but it isn't essential. If you haven't worked in the medical domain it would be ideal you have experience working in highly regulated environments. To be considered for this role you must have experience: - Pro-E / Pro-Engineer - At least 5 years relevant industrial experience. - Design and development of electro-mechanical products ideally handheld and consumer related. - Experience in designing injection and compression moulded components and their assembly for medium to high volume production.
