Mechanical Design Engineer Job

Yoh Solutions are currently recruiting for a specialist engineering firm that has multiple offices across the south of the UK. Their main office in the Bristol area has just undertaken a large project for an agricultural facility in the South West. The project involves the Design and Engineering of a new treatment plant that will require an experience Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in plant layout, piping design and preferably some experience with anaerobic digestion plants.

Skills Required;

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer

AutoCAD and Solidworks experience is preferred.

Knowledgeable and experience in the design of;

- Plant Layout of water treatment or anaerobic digestion plants
- Piping design and layout

The Role;

To work alongside one other Mechanical Design Engineer to support the design on this project

Utilize Soldworks and AutoCAD to provide technical engineering drawings from concept or based on previous designs

Work with the project team to provide technical solutions and contribute in design review meetings.

Liaise with the client to ensure specifications are being met.
