Mechanical Design Engineer - Inventor, SPM

This is a great new opportunity for a passionate engineer, enthusiastic about design and looking for a relaxed work environment where their creativity and problem solving skills are encouraged. It will be essential that your able to work from your own intuition to both complete daily design activities as well as to put forward new ideas for un-thought of problems or improvements. This is a great company that are keen to see you involved and willing to invest money into trialling your ideas. An international manufacturer of special purpose machinery heavily for the food Industry they are looking for applications from driven mechanical design engineers from all backgrounds. Suitable skills/experience: - Knowledge of Autodesk inventor and Vaults alternate 3D CAD systems may be considered for those with a closely matching product background - Enthusiastic about design, a self starter and committed problem solver - Able to work in detail minimising the cost of design and production whilst improving equipment performance. - Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics would be beneficial - Appreciation of electrical and software design is also of benefit - 5+ years experience in mechanical design Interested?
