Mechanical Design Engineer GL

Strongly experienced mechanical design engineer required for interviews to fill a permanent position for a client in the oil & gas industry based in Gloucester ASAP!!!

My client in Gloucester has just received a massive new product order from there overseas supplier and require a mechanical design engineer with a lot of experience to fill the available permanent position as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will require skills and experience in the following areas

* Solidworks
* New product design
* Product development i.e. concept through to implementation
* Experience with pipe work - medical, water or oil & gas industry experience will suffice.
* Experience in working with valves is preferable but not a requirement
* Understanding of composites
* Tooling design experience
* Jigs & fixtures
* FEA

Salary - £30,000 - £37,000 Plus dependant on experience.
