MDM SOLUTION SPECIALIST PAULSBORO, NJ CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

The Sr. MDM Solution Specialist will be responsible for using multiple Mobile Device Management solutions leveraging business processes and techniques to provide tier three technical support to customers. Responsible to develop technical solutions to achieve overall objectives by integrating systems using the company's or a third-party's hardware/software products. Provides technical support in presentations, demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications. Participates with the customer in the strategic design process to identify additional product/service opportunities. Responsible for the technical correctness and completeness of integrated systems designs. Develops and recommends solutions and strategies, based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Requires 5-10 years of related work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A+ certification a plus
- Experience servicing mobile devices and software and local and wide area networks, communications and host connectivity
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills required
- Should have 5-10 years of system administration experience in UNIX-Solaris/AIX, Linux, Windows Server products, Routing and Switching (LAN/WAN), Storage Area Networking (SAN and NAS), Database administration, and/or ERP Application Support
- Blackberry Enterprise Servers, MDM Solutions (MobileIron, AirWatch, MaaS360, Citrix, etc.), familiarity with Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook), Android devices (Phones and Tablets), Windows 8 Mobile Devices (Phones and Tablets)

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage customers Blackberry, iOS, Windows Mobile/Phone, and Android Devices
- Plan, install, configure, and maintain Mobile Device Management System for customers
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for customer's MDM solution
- Create Custom Reporting scripts to gather data for reporting
- Create Custom Weekly Reporting to reflect System Performance
- Create Internal and Customer Documentation
- Identify and report Mobility Best Practices of all Mobile Operating Systems
- Identify and report MDM Solutions and key features as they come out
- Act as a project leader for complex installations and support other associates on complicated projects
- Prepare proposal requests such as benchmark studies, bid specifications, solution development, work steps, and cost projections
- Write test strategies, test plans, test cases and test scripts to assess application performance
- Determine and specify the MDM infrastructure and services needed to support the development and deployment of enterprise Mobile Solution
- Identify customer needs and develops and implements proposals
- Develop information technology architecture and systems solutions for complex models
- Review design proposals for technical feasibility and correctness and identify, analyze and evaluate alternative design solutions
- Determine and specify high level approaches and modelling guidelines for system and enterprise level solutions
- Assume the principal technical role in reviews, furnishing technical expertise and answering inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
