MDM Coordinator

VACANCY - MDM/MOBILITY CO-ORDINATOR

(15 MONTH PROJECT)

We have a brand new opportunity available within my clients Global Information Services (GIS) team located in Hampshire. We are seeking someone to work as the regional point of contact and subject matter expert for all Mobile Iron MDM initiatives, providing support and project management of retail enterprise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing assistance to regional IT staff, end users and retail with any MDM related issues
-

Working with tier 2 support desk for any issues requiring escalation
-

Building and sending out MDM reports, dashboards and metrics
-

Leading and co-ordinating cross functional problem solving
-

Acting as a single point of contact for all new MDM/Mobile Iron related project requests
-

Ensure MDM initiatives are handled end to end with high degree of quality
-

Communicate regular status to stake holders
-

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst still meeting timelines

Oversee design and testing of Mobile Iron (MI) profiles and configurations

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong project management skills

Ability to work and communicate across multiple departments & work independently and as part of a team while supporting global initiatives virtually

Thorough knowledge of mobile device management platform

Strong understanding of mobile device operating systems (primarily iOS and Android OS) and best practices for supporting a large-scale enterprise mobile device program

Keen interest in emerging mobile technologies and proven ability to quickly understand new/cutting edge technologies including cloud and mobile security
