MDM Architect/Specialist/Consultant (Master Data Management)

MDM, DATAMODELLING & DATA INTEGRATION

We are looking for an excellent MDM(Master Data Management) Specialist, to work for one of our key clients in Olso, Norway. 

MDM - MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
Should have a good understanding of various methods and tools (like Informatica MDM, SAP MDM, Talend MDM, IBM MDM etc) used in master data management and should possess expertise in at least one of them. Should possess the ability to engage with business and IT users and senior managers in workshops in order to elicit solution expectations. Should be able to stitch together a solution for each master data object keeping in mind the basic design principles of a master data repository and also the integration aspects, while keeping in mind the prevailing larger MDM strategy.

Data Integration 
Should be able to develop technological solution for the intended delivery competency to meet enterprise business requirements.  Should have developed reusable artifacts like architecture components, vendor neutral technology frameworks, best practices and standards for the technology for the intended delivery competency.  Should be able to foresee and handle technological integration, internationalization, exceptions and performance issues as part of developing technological solutions 
Experience Range: 3+ years of experience in developing technology level solutions like architecture, framework, etc. 

DATAMODELLING - DM
Pre-requisite. Should have understanding the concepts of Data Modeling. Should have conceptual, logical and physical model design experience for Operation Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts. Should have designed and developed data Models for at least 2 to 3 large scale projects. Should have expert RDBMS knowledge.

Tool-specific:  
Should have a minimum of 5to 7 year experience with a tool such as ERWIN Data Modeller, Embarcadero ERStudio, etc. Should have knowledge in Reverse Engineering and Forward Engineering. Should have developed and drawn minimum 3 logical models and 3 physical models. Should have understanding of type of logical notation and physical notation and all types of relationships.
