MCA Negotiator

My client, a large consultancy firm, has secured a large work project at a tier 1 bank and is looking for a number of Master Confirmation Agreement negotiators/specialists.

Essentials for the role:
Must have documentation experience
Must have worked with MCA's or CSA's
Must be able to start by December
Must have a legal background (work as a paralegal or lawyer)
Must have a commercial awareness within the banking sector (5 years experience)
Must have Equity derivative knowledge/experience
