MBB NPO (Network Performance Optimization) is required to join a prominent organization based in Ireland. The role offers an attractive salary depending on the experience.
KEY SKILLS:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the radio or core network evaluation and optimization.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end MBB network evaluation and optimization,
especially for P3 Benchmark and optimization. - Strong interest and knowledge about industry trends
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Worldwide short-term travels are required
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Leading the research of end-to-end evaluating and optimizing technology on MBB network.
- Business Requirements Analysis, by bringing the QoE/CEM/SQM/KQI innovations into future optimizing service planning.
- Analysis of end-to-end MBB network Services & Maintenance development trends to Service Solution planning.
- Identify key technological trends.
- Discuss with customers on business requirements and present to stakeholders
