Maximo Work Management Data Lead, Azerbaijan

ROLE SYNOPSIS:

This role is responsible for leading implementation of Upstream Backbone Work Management (WM) data standards and supporting Backbone Work Management data programs and changes across the multiple systems and work groups that comprise the Backbone programme. Lead development of Backbone WM data migration and execution strategies. Oversight of the Regional data technical cutover and conversion process pertaining to WM data sets. Accountable for WM data contribution to the Historical Data Management strategy development and implementation. This role is part of the Region Backbone Deployment Team based in Baku and reports to the Backbone Data Team Leader.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Overall responsibility for implementation of the Upstream Backbone Work Management (WM)   data standards and designs in the region by working with the data owners within the regional functions, and the responsibility to lead coordination of  WM data scope across multiple systems and work groups:
- Lead WM Backbone programme data scope requirements to support the delivery of the data work stream activities in accordance with Backbone data strategy, functional and system requirements and in accordance with regional Backbone project time lines and budgets
- Lead WM related work supporting establishment of data  governance and processes across the regional Region to ensure ease of day to day decision making in a complex program
- Collaborate with various data or application owners across the region to ensure data consistency across multiple systems and enterprise groups.
- Lead and oversee Regional Backbone Work Management data cleansing, data migration and validation in accordance with global required   standards and templates.
- Accountable for initiating the Backbone WM Data Assessments and requirement gathering for a significant regional data clean-up.
- Develop, maintain, and review policies to ensure regional requirements are incorporated into the Work Management Data design.
- Support Regional Reliability and Maintenance (R&M) Work Management with data cleansing program and ensure standards are met.
- Support Regional R&M Work Management with process of mastering new data in alignment with Backbone standards and templates.
- Develop clarity and metrics to clearly articulate the benefit of each of the Regional Backbone WM Data sets on an on-going basis and ensure that WM Data sets have a measurable and demonstrable benefit 
- Develop and monitor KPI's for Work Management data   standards that should be regularly monitored to ensure quality of information being captured to achieve expected Business Benefits.
- Set up data standards for WM Master data 
- Maintain relationship and influence with WM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Data leads and management for Backbone.
- Management of interfaces to adapt to changing technical and organizational structures
- Networking and influencing within and across Work Management stakeholders in the region.
- Ensure Compliance Standards of WM Regional Data with   Backbone requirements
- Close work with Data Conversion and Cutover Lead and Data Analyst.

ESSENTIAL  EDUCATION:

- Degree or ong term relevant industry experience

-  Experience in relevant deployment projects in global organizations.
- Maximo Work Management Data objects profiling, cleansing, enrichment and conversion experience. Maximo experience.
- Leadership experience in relevant Data deployment projects.
