Maximo Systems Administrator Job

MAXIMO SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Maximo 7.5 System Administration

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs the migration steps to move Maximo 7.5 software changes through the test and production environments
- Perform WebSphere Administrator functions as part of Maximo system administrator duties
- Manage configuration and system stability for multiple Maximo systems
- Develop and support change control processes
- Develop and implement data migration strategy and processes
- System availability and monitoring o Performs Incident Management for Environment team
- Manages issue resolution and documentation
- Fix-It support for EAM project o Vendor Issue management

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related work experience
- Experience with Maximo messaging (MIF) and MQ
- Two to three (2-3) years in depth experience with Maximo 7.5 System Administration*
- Experience with code management and migration processes via Migration Manager
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with IT management, vendors, and consultants
- Ability To SIT ON SITE IN Charlotte Is A Must.*

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Background of PICCASO, Dimensions, SOX procedures, Informatica, SSRS is a plus
- Experience working on large projects in a fast paced environment is a plus
- At least five (5) years of IT experience is preferred
