Maximo Support Analyst 2 Job

MAXIMO SUPPORT ANALYST 2 needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.

MUST BE CURRENTLY ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US FOR ANY EMPLOYER.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR WORKING REMOTELY, AS SUCH THE INCUMBENT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE IN CLIENT'S CHARLOTTE, NC LOCATION.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Experience with Maximo 7.5 software and test script development and execution
- Transmission and Distribution Electric Utility operational knowledge
- Excellent communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Business Analyst role to provide tier 2 end-user support to its Maximo 7.5 users. Typically, tier 2 level support is provided via the telephone; however, depending on the skill sets of the candidate, they may be asked to attend face-to-face meetings.
- Candidate will be based primarily in Charlotte, NC although some travel to other locations may be required. Primary work schedule will be 8am - 5pm EST, but some after-hour support may be required.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- In-depth knowledge with Maximo 7.5 - Utilities Solution which includes the following:
- Supply Chain functions (material management, purchasing, invoicing)
- Compatible Unit/estimating functions
- Work management functions
- Asset/Locations functions
- Start Center functions
- Crew management functions
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to query Maximo 7.5 database on Oracle
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience developing software test scripts
- Experience utilizing test scripts to conduct software testing
