Maximo Business Analyst

MAXIMO BUSINESS ANALYST - Maximo, ERP, support, analysis, Data, SQL, MS Office, Access, Excel, Asset Management, Purchasing, Inventory and Maintenance Management - Amsterdam - €60.00 per hour - Contract

Our high profile Netherlands based client requires a MAXIMO BUSINESS ANALYST to join their applications department. Based in our client's offices in Amsterdam you will be responsible for the implementation, training, and support of our clients Asset Management software for Purchasing, Inventory and Maintenance Management.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Have experience working in the food or pharmaceutical industry and have affinity with working in a technical or purchasing environment.
- Have experience with and knowledge of implementing and improvement of ERP systems, preferably the Maximo Asset Management software;
- Are pro-active, able to identify and solve problems; analytical and energetic;
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and can speak fluently/write in another European language
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Must be a team player

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimally a technical degree of a Bachelor IT degree

MAIN DUTIES:

- Preparing and analysing current business processes, review those processes for efficiency and control and incorporate them into our clients Asset Management software (Maximo)
- Implementing Maximo and related systems on the area of purchasing, inventory and maintenance management.
- Initiating and facilitating the adoption of new functionality and procedures for projects in the department.
- Coordinating several projects and improvements as a project manager.
- Preparing business requirements conduct business analysis and write functional specifications.
- Providing support and advance level training to users of the new application
