Matlab/Image Processing Engineer/Algorithm/FPGA

Role: MATLAB Engineer (Image Processing)

Location: Hampshire

Rate: £35 - £40 per hour depending on experience

Duration: 3-6 months

I am currently seeking a MATLAB contractor who has image processing analysis expertise.

The company are currently developing an image processing system based on the Xilinx Zinq FPGA.

They have already put together an image processing engine that will decode the digital sensor output.

They can capture the raw image. What they need is someone with image processing expertise using MATLAB to analyse this raw data and help me to come up with a system that will decode this and output an image that is of acceptable quality.

Key skills required:

*MATLAB

* Image processing experience The ideal candidate is someone who has been working camera image sensors and knows and understand the best techniques for achieving the best images possible.

Having FPGA experience would be useful but isn't essential. Ideally your expertise would be developing image processing systems using MATLAB.

The team know how to use MATLAB but they are looking for someone who can really use it ie knows all the tricks related to image processing.
