Material Handler Job

MATERIAL HANDLER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in AUSTIN, TX.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

- Material Handling and Forklift experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Be physically fit.

What You'll Be Doing:

- The Material Handler will work on 8 or 12 hour shift without supervision, acquire a fundamental knowledge of Gas and Chemical Products.
- The primary focus of work will be on material handling and material logistics. Ordering, receiving, inspection, delivering, pickup and recycle are all aspects of the material handler position.
- The position will expand to bulk gas and chemical receiving and will include basic operation for liquid transfer set up.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Must be a strong team player and willing to work rotating shifts, on-call schedule, holidays, weekends or off shifts. Willing to perform physical labor which is generally associated with cylinder and drum movements.
- Previous forklift and pallet jack experience is required.
- Basic computer skills are a requirement for the job.
- A Physical Evaluation will be required: occasional lifting and carrying 25-50 lbs.
