INTRODUCTION

The sector Manufacturing & Logistics within the TwinScan Factory (TF) is responsible for the production of wafer steppers and scanners as well as purchasing and logistics. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within Manufacturing. The Warehouse service department within Manufacturing is responsible for the delivery and classification of the various materials and modules of the systems according to strict quality standards.

JOB MISSION

Maintain the material flow and reduce damages and loss of material to actively support the output of the workcenters. Maintain the stock of the workcenter and actively try to improve this process.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Receipt: Take care of timely delivery of materials from supliers. Signal and communicate differences in amounts, 12 nc, quality and cleanness. Take action to solve differences.
- Stock management: Ownership of storage locations in the workcenter and staging area. Book and release modules on storage. Take care of correct stock management. Signal and correct differences in storage and stock.
- Troubleshooting: solve shortages, pick errors, wrong deliverances together with Helpdesk of the Warehouse and Production Planner etc.
- Administration: process various transactions in administrative systems.
- Return: deals with goods to be returned and take care of packing these goods.
- Defects: deals quick and correct with defects.
- Sharing knowledge: take knowledge of new and existing processes and safety aspects and share this knowledge with colleagues in the workcenter. Point out the correct use of logistic systems by colleagues. Lock and unlock various modules for production. Handling and transport of chemicals.

EDUCATION

- Middle Vocational Level in technology or logistics degree.

EXPERIENCE

- 5-10 years in the field of logistics and technical.

PERSONAL SKILLS

- Plenty of initiative, independent, service attitude, familiarity with logistics and technology, good social skills and responsible.

CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

- The holder of this position reports to the Teamleader Warehouseservices. He/she works in the Warehouse and also in the cleanroom together with, QA, Cleaning, workcenter, Test and Production Planning.

OTHER INFORMATION

Employees will work in super flex schedule. Therefore employee receives 3% shift allowance. Please inform your candidates that the superflex shift is not a dayshift. Working in superflex means working in early, day or late shift on a regular base.
