Masterkoordinator/Experienced PMO in Quality Operations

Projektbeschreibung

On behalf of a major Pharma client we are urgently looking for an Project Coordinator/Planning Scheduling Expert to work in a research project from now till Mai 2013 (approx. 7 months) working place is in Basel, working time is 40 hours per week and there is no remote option.

Responsibilities within the global quality operations department:
- Responsible for all admin activities, documentation and record-keeping including maintenance of SOPs, archives, R&D Quality Assurance (QA) tools and related systems
- Ensure that quality standards are aligned with the client's Quality Manual
- Coordinate and execute quality documentation activities effectively per given procedures & standards
- Contribute to the overall success of the global research & development area.

Main duties/required experience:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the Global Quality Manuals are timely authorized & implemented
- Maintain relevant Quality Global Operating Procedures (GOP) and coordinate GOP revisions
- Manage admin tasks and related systems and tools (Global Study Master, SharePoint, AQWA etc.)
- Track, maintain and timely update QM Implementation in Sharepoint and other relevant tools
- Maintain training related documentation and schedule training sessions, as required
- Manage up-to-date archiving and cooperate with other business partners and stakeholders
- Responsible for other administrative duties, as required by manager or deputy.

Mandatory requirements and characteristics:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience
- Knowledge/familiarity of GCP/GMP/GLP standards or other Quality Standards
- previous experience in a Quality Assurance coordinating or Administrative Expert role
- Extensive knowledge of document management & administrative logistics
- Proactive and effective multi-tasker with attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong drive to achieve results and excellence
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally/in writing and excellent interpersonal skills, proven team spirit.

Project details:
- Start: ASAP
- End: 31.05.2013, approx. 7 months
- no remote work option, normal working time will be 40 working hours/5 days in the Basel office
- hourly rate, best offers considered for interviews.
