IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsible for the scheduling of the Site Readiness Program planning
-Key role in setting up a new facility and ensuring commercial manufacturing readiness
-Supporting other projects in the manufacturing area, as appropriate
-Responsible for managing the program planning on a daily basis (identify action items and dependencies, track completion, define and monitor program management metrics
-Acting as a key partner for all stakeholders and ensure their interests are taken into account
-Responsible for preparing reporting on advancement of the program to various audiences as requested

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-BS Science, Technology, Business or equivalent
-Profound experience in project management, in particular in complex multi-party projects
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a well-developed ability to constructively work across functional areas and levels to achieve results
-Very good experience in Project Management systems (MS Project)
-Understanding of GMP and FDA/EMA/Swissmedic regulatory requirements is beneficial
-Fluent in English and French
-Strong analytical, problem solving and deductive skills
-Demonstrated ability to build relationships
