Master Data Team Lead - USA - 12 - 18 months.

A Master Data Team lead is required for a minimum of 12 months in the USA. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in the following;

KEY TECHNICAL/DATA GOVERNANCE SKILLS SET
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data structure/model (API, Bulk, Primary Packed Product, FDF, Intermediate, Raw Material, Semi-Finished, )
* Strong understanding of global vs. local data models and structure (including all relevant material attribute in SAP)
* Able to develop a numbering concept with retention of Legacy ERP systems numbers as well as creation of new one with related number ranges
* Able to develop a change/creation process for defined material type/SKUs with a uniqueness principles model that goes beyond the harmonization of the specific material numbers. Able to develop a material status concept during creation and maintenance of global and local materials. Support business in defining Global Data Organization

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS/SOFT SKILLS
* Multiple experiences in setting up Global Data Organization/Data Governance/Harmonization and Migration within SAP
* Strong Pharmaceutical experience/validated environment (CSV and GxP knowledge)
* Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
* Familiar with international project/business environment.
* Need to be able to communicate concisely and at different levels (eg Senior executives, Head QA, SCM managers)
* Strong team player.
