In today's digital business era, we are challenged to exceed customer expectations faster and better than our competition. This will require the evolution of the company's existing business processes and the modernization of its ERP transactional systems. This evolution is a key enabler in supporting the growth and success of.

In 2017, and beginning with our international businesses, we will launch the Enterprise Resource Planning Program to help modernize our business processes and support ERP transactional systems across all of our businesses. This will require the migration from current Legacy systems to a modern Microsoft Dynamics ERP environment. The transformation of our processes and systems for the international marine and fitness businesses, will span a minimum of three years, and include multiple regions and countries.

To support the execution of the ERP migration within our international businesses, we are looking for our SME Project Domain Manager - Master Data Management

THE SME PROJECT DOMAIN MANAGER LEADS THE PROCESS TEAMS WITHIN THE DOMAIN THROUGH THE DEFINITION OF THE PROCESSES, THE SETTING OF THE REQUIREMENTS AND THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ERP SOLUTIONS SUPPORTING THE FUTURE STATE BUSINESS MODEL.

RESPONSIBLE AREA: MASTER DATA ITEMS, PRICING AND RELATED TABLES.

KEY OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for the realization of business process definition and managing the execution of setting up at Mercury level Master Data: Items, business partners, pricing and related tables.
- Is primarily responsible for planning and organizing the processes in the area of Master Data: items, business partners, pricing and related tables
- Manages the execution of the GAP analysis and its resolution through the Analysis and measurement of the effectiveness of existing business processes and development of sustainable, repeatable business process improvements that will drive efficiency enhancements.
- Coordinates data clean-up activities in Master Data
- Leads day to day management of the project domain's activities
- Accountable for progress and decisions made for the functional areas of Master Data
- Communicates progress, decisions and their impact to broader project team
- Accountable to deliver committed contents with respect to Master Data on schedule according to the agreed timelines, with right quality, meeting the business needs while satisfying all stakeholders.
- Leads the team of key users of the project domain
- Conducts end user training and coordinates the development of training materials and process documentation
- Manages scope and issues related to Master Data process implementation
- Manages the verification and cross-system tests of business processes and applications
- Plays a key role in the system roll out, by being a point of reference for the domain covered and a transformation agent driving its adoption
- The divisional SME MDM is part of the Master Data Management Team.
