Edelway SA is a leading Swiss Recruitment Company.
Our global client based in Lausanne/Geneva area is now looking for a Master Data Manager to join them on a 18 months CDD:
The role:
- Establish a common set of best in class processes for all Technical and Production Master Data (BOMs, recipes, tests, equipment, functional location, task list, etc.),
- Ensure that ownership of Technical and Production Master Data is clearly defined and effectively implemented. Ensure global custody of production and quality Data Standards and get sign-off from identified stakeholders,
- Ensure the timely implementation of Data Management processes and tools, based on master data model and specificities, with particular focus on ensuring compliance with GxP requirements,
- Design appropriate KPI & reporting for monitoring data accuracy & alignment with processes,
- Raise awareness and ensure buy-in, throughout the company of robust and standardized master data approach. Ensure alignment between different plants.
- Support the development of the "to be" master data organization in the Technical and Production space: oversee notably the data preparation and migration as well as quality master data objects,
- Manage relationships with stakeholders in the Operating Units (plants),
- Organize appropriate Technical and Production Master Data training plan in coordination with NSH teams,
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or robust experience in Pharma Production, Plant maintenance and IT Systems that support those.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or other production and QA related modules, MES, LIMS, Trackwise)
- At least 8 years of experience including 5 years as a minimum in Production, Quality Assurance Master data management or IS management position in pharmaceutical and/or international companies.
