12 month Fixed Term Contract

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Data Manager to join the Nestle Health Science team in Gatwick, on a 12 months fixed term contract, reporting to the Performance Development Manager. The role will be responsible for supporting the operational and administration aspects for the CRM users with the UK market.

Our Opportunity

As Master Data Manager, you will support a team of 35 users, with various aspects of administration. You will work closely with the Global CRM Manager / Analyst, system administrator and the Global IT team to ensure that data is correctly inserted when a market begins use of the system, and that users are correctly entering data. In addition, there are tasks that are required to setup users and perform territory and account administration on an ongoing basis. You may also have to answer questions from users about business process, so you should be familiar with their day-to-day activities.

Key responsibilities of the Master Data Manager role are:

- Administer Account Master data and provide administrative support to the users of the system
- Facilitate planning for Salesforce through the CRM system
- Utilising the CRM system to manage sample distribution
- KPI management analysis, using advanced excel
- Updating changes to database on the CRM System
- Superuser/support for Salesforce effectiveness
- Data change requests, reporting technical issues, and timely tracking and reporting
- Construction of reports on Salesforce.com

You

We're looking for someone who ideally has experience of using Salesforce.com who may or may not be educated to degree level or the equivalent. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of advanced use of Microsoft Excel, and be able to demonstrate your understanding and knowledge of using V Lookup, Pivot Tables etc. You'll be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with your colleagues across Nestlé. The ideal candidate will have a background from sales/finance/supply chain, and will have utilised use of CRM previously. You will also have experience of successfully working with cross functionally and supporting a team of users with Salesforce. You will be results focussed and systems orientated with a positive can do approach, as well as having a strong desire to progress and take on more responsibility.

You'll have superb analytical skills, and be numerate (ability to analyse complex data and use of Salesforce.com and CRM systems would be advantageous), be well-organised and have a sound knowledge of advanced Excel and Power Point.
