One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Master Data Management Informatica Consultant.

THE MISSION

The consultancy mission consists in delivering the MDM pilot for Project' together with the IT project leader and the business project leader, covering these project phases.

Blueprint w requirements/process design/business rules

Go-live & hypercare support

Appropriate K-transfer & training support

THE ROLE

-

Requirements, process and business rules analysis & formalization (project preparation, blueprint)
-

Design and realization (incl technical documentation according to the customer Risk & Compliance methodology)
-

Informal and formal testing (UTP, support for SATP)
-

Final preparation like training material (support the business), Cut Over Plan, move to production environment
-

Apply the standards practices & methodology of the customer
-

Contribute good practices from similar implementations in pharmaceutical industry
-

Coordinate technical integration between the customer's, and the domains (aka forests'). This is a key risk to the MDM project currently because of the series uncertainties still involved in this area. Investigation is ongoing (domain/forest linking).

Help establishing project model & support model in which the Informatica competency center takes over the role for longer term support of Informatica. We do not plan to build up deep technical Informatica skills in the IT team.

During this mission, the consultant(s) will work in close collaboration with the business project leader, and with the IT management team of respectively VVHS (clinical dev, RA, ),and VDD/ITx (Vx DiscImmunotherapeutics).

CAPABILITIES OF THE CONSULTANT(S) MUST HAVE

-

Minimal 8 years of relevant business experience (Pharma)
-

Minimal 4-6 years of relevant experience with Master Data Management implementations in large enterprises (we have >3000 staff)

Good business consulting skills like process mapping, requirements & business rules analysis
-

Self-confident/assertive behavior, good workshop facilitation skills, good communicator (verbal/written)
-

Good analysis & design skills, and solution-oriented thinking
-

Good technical skills to model/build the technical solution in Informatica
-

Good R&D process knowledge (clinical dev, R&D project mgt, compliance etc)
-

Knowledge of English (spoken, written). Deliverables will be in English.

Ability to keep things simple and avoiding overly complex logic, rules, solution.

DIFFERENTIATORS

-

Pharmaceutical industry experience w MDM
-

Knowledge of French (spoken). Workshops could be conducted in French.

Ability to recommend good practices from previous experience.
-

Ability to recommend minimal MDM governance practices that must be established in order to make this implementation successful.

NICE TO HAVE (LESS IMPORTANT)

Potential for longer term availability on project (implementation phase)

Good understanding of SAP PS & Planisware PM tools.

Knowledge of enterprise systems like SAP (PS, ), Oracle CTMS, Planisware etc
