Master Data Management Administrator

We are urgently looking for a MDM Administrator. Any experience in SAP FI CO is a bonus, but not essential.

Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Portuguese is an advantage but not essential.

THE ROLE:

-

Maintain and communicate on the documentations updates related to MDM architecture, rules, process, values, policy and procedures in accordance with central business and IT teams,
-

Participate to the exchanges between Central Business teams and Point of Contacts, ie participate in governance meetings when appropriate, participate in MDM governance meetings and participate in day to day relationship between the different MDM stakeholders.

Assist central business, local and/or technical teams with system new implementations (ie new versions) and updates (ie new tables, new functionalities, new values, new views, etc..), as required, focusing on gaining new efficiencies and working more effectively,

Support user management team in User's access Administration

DAILY TASKS:

-

Monitor the updates and activities being performed in the tool in particular after validation by Central business teams of master data automatic propagation to non-production environments,
-

Analyze rejects and take the appropriate correcting measures according to process:
-

functional error to be forwarded back to Central business teams in MDM Tool
-

technical error: contact adequate IT team for them to sort out the issue, resend data and ensure transfer is correctly impacting the environments
-

Perform the move to production of master data updates both automatically and non-automatically propagated (once they have been tested by the requestor, reviewed by Release Management eam and closed using the tool).

Coordinate with BAU release management team/project team to ensure that linked updates whether propagated automatically or not are pushed to prod (including those in the weekly release) in other environments according to the correct sequencing as specified in the Release Management Master data Sequencing.

IDEAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

-

Ability to understand the IT solutions implemented as well as the way the Group data model has been derived in the various environments and technologies of the corporative solutions,
-

Ability to think transversally, across technologies, domains, teams, projects
-

Skills/knowledge of ORCHESTRA Master Data Management tool and JAVA are a MUST.
-

SAP experience on FI/CO and in particular Master data and knowledge is a valuable asset, but not essential.
