MASTER BLACK BELT - INVESTMENT BANKING - BUSINESS RE-ENGINEERING AND DESIGN - LONDON

Leading Investment Bank are looking for a Master Black Belt to define and execute business improvement and design programmes aligned to business strategy, which deliver front-to-back transformational benefits.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Manage Senior Stakeholder engagement (typically MD level business heads), raising awareness of Six Sigma approach, it's value-add to the business and generating demand
- Partner with business sponsors, to identify and drive the successful delivery of critical business optimisation and design linked with strategy (including process, controls, technology, location strategy and people)
- Perform and manage detailed As-Is process analysis together with the collection and analysis of associated input, process, output and control data
- Design To-Be solutions, aligned with strategy to deliver transformational business benefits which are measureable and sustainable
- Work with organization and key senior stakeholders to scope and staff projects, establish governance and timelines
- Lead key meetings, including programme tollgates, executive committees, steering committees and working groups
- Status reporting, providing visibility on status against milestones, benefits realisation and transparency of risks and issues
- Actively manage day to day activities and ensure delivery accountability is in place across the whole project/programme
- Direct and Matrix management of internal and third party resources
- Design and deliver training, communication and marketing materials' for multiple levels of stakeholders
- Coach and mentor Black Belt and Green Belt programme and project managers and trainees
- Assist in establishing and operating the Six Sigma Certification Board

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Must be a Master Black Belt
- Proven Business Re-Engineering and Design experience (10+ years relevant experience) demonstrating:
- Development and delivery of large-scale, front-to-back/cross-functional business transformation solutions
- Pragmatic application of Six Sigma thinking and methods to analyse data and identify the critical root causes of inefficiency in an end-to-end business context
- Design of solutions to eliminate root causes with measureable and sustainable business benefits
- Execution of Voice of the Customer/Business data collection and analysis
- Target Operating Model design and implementation - analysis and optimization of people, process, technology, controls, measurement and location
- Implementation of Process Control Systems
- Design and delivery of Six Sigma training from Awareness to Black Belt levels
- Cross region/multiple geography design and delivery experience
- Broad Investment Banking experience across multiple businesses and functions
- Relationship management of Front Office stakeholders and ability to build strong relationships with them
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to facilitate and influence large groups of stakeholders

RATE: £600 - 700 PER DAY
