Master Black Belt - Financial Services

Our client a leading corporate bank is currently recruiting for a Master Black Belt with strong End to End Delivery to join an exciting project for a six month project in Bradford or Manchester.

You will be responsible for delivering significant change within the bank and therefore strong stakeholder management experience is required, along with an ability to see projects through to completion.

Responsibilities:

You need to understand the issues, route the causes suggest and agree the fix's and then implement the solution. You will also look at the end to end supplier management with SME's. You will work on major workstreams including the Credit Function, making sure it is right first time. You will review the banks Auto Decision making tool and look at the attitude internally, how to improve the process and make it quicker for customers. You will also look at how they keep customers informed and general communication with them. Portfolio tracking will also be a major consideration of this role, make sure everyone has a common goal, common approach and ensure everyone does not lose sight of the process.

Experience:

- You must be a Master Black Belt.
- Ability to drive behavioural changes.
- Experience coaching other Lean professionals (green/yellow belt).
- Lending experience would be desirable.
- Must have experience dealing with senior management, senior stakeholders and have the ability to explain a new process and implementations and explain their reasons to senior management.
- Strong experience of engaging, influencing and inspiring senior managers and the ability to drive behavioural changes.
- Strong Financial Service Background
