Mashery Product Specialist/Architect

MASHERY PRODUCT SPECIALIST is required for a contract based in SCHIPHOL, THE NETHERLANDS.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Responsible for the Mashery tool technically in entire AF-KLM (configurations, infrastructure, performance etc.)
- Be in constant touch with Mashery support team from Tibco to place the new feature requests for AF-KL or report defects and follow up
- Assess new technology and features available in Mashery to determine its viability and applicability to Customer
- Identify efficient and effective solutions for queries and requirements from API development team regarding Mashery capabilities usage
- Participate in various meetings with customer's IT, Business and Application teams
- Work along with Service Delivery team to ensure stability of Mashery(& its usage), & resolve any complex Mashery product related or configuration related issues
- Support API teams with new API configurations when necessary

Desired Skills and Experience Required include: 

- Thorough knowledge in Mashery Product and all its features
- Strong problem solving skills
- Hands on experience with Mashery configurations (preferably hybrid deployment)
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and technologies such as virtualization, cloud
- Knowledge of industry quality standards, regulations and best practice
