MASHERY PRODUCT EXPERT

A Mashery Product Expert is urgently required for a long-term, lucrative contract position with a market leading client based in Amsterdam, this role will involve occasional European travel.

The Mashery Product Expert will ideally have 65% + of the following skills and experience:

- Excellent knowledge of Mashery Product as well as all features
- Mashery configurations - very strong hands-on experience, ideally with hybrid deployment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal as well as problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of cloud and virtualisation technologies, and enterprise architecture
- Good knowledge of industry standards relating to regulations, standards and practices
- Comfortable working with strict deadlines
- Comfortable doing on call support and occasionally out of office hours
- Team player
- English speaker

The Mashery Product Expert will have responsibilities including:

- Entire technical responsibility for the Mashery tool including infrastructure, performance, configurations etc.
- Constant support with Mashery support team regarding reporting defects, providing new feature requests etc
- Assessing new Mashery technologies and features in terms of viability for use
- Providing effective solutions for requirements and queries from API dev team regarding Mashery usage and capabilities
- Taking part in meetings with relevant stakeholders including Business and Application teams, customer IT etc
- Ensure stability of Mashery and its usage through working with Service Delivery teams and resolving complex Mashery product/configuration related issues
- Supporting the API teams with new configurations where necessary
