Looking for a Conversion Specialist, to manage & improve the online customer experience for the companies Apps customers. This person will make sure the online journey is effective end-to-end, from the discovery/trial phase through to paid customer. With an understanding of how users like to research and buy online, you will build the strategy and tactics that will have a major impact on how they create desire, interest and purchase for their products online. The ideal candidate must have strong web analytical capabilities, a sensitivity towards local markets & a thorough understanding of how to build an amazing online customer experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Defining our online conversion strategy across the EMEA region, with the aim of increasing the rate at which users convert from trial into paying customers.
- Providing ongoing analysis of online conversion and sign-up paths, identifying key barriers to conversion and investigating/testing new initiatives to overcome them.
- Undertaking analysis of all stages of online behaviour from awareness through to action. Defining our audiences and creating web experiences targeted at priority groups.
- Developing & executing A/B & multi-variate testing plans for our web properties.
- collaborating with global peers to learn and share best practises
- Working with xfunctional teams to influence their thinking/priorities for improving the online customer experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Background in data driven optimisation, with strong analytical skills
3-4 years experience optimising website landing page conversion rates and user journeys
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and similar systems
Deep experience working with testing tools
Excellent project management experience and ability to influence xfunctional teams
Persona/behavior based marketing experience a plus
