Marketing support/Administration/copywriting/proof reading

IDPP is currently looking for a Marketing Support to support the Marketing Collaterals Manager in delivering quality and accurate card collateral packs globally. With a keen eye for detail this person will co-ordinate pre-press, design and artwork production for collaterals, from brief to uploading the artwork for print. This person will work across a number of demanding, deadline driven projects at any one time, so excellent time management combined with an organised mind are key, as are interpersonal skills. It is critical that you can build successful working relationships, not only with your immediate colleagues, but also within the wider Access team. You will be liaising with key stakeholders; Product, Project Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Inventory and Platform as well as clients.

Key Accountabilities
Brief creative agency and translation house, to deliver accurate and legally compliant collaterals, prior to going to print, on time and to budget
Attend and contribute to scope, kick off, go/no-go meetings as required
Circulate collateral items to key stakeholders, drive feedback and approvals in-line with process SLAs ensuring no impact to planned, project timelines
Collate and store stakeholder feedback, mark-up PDFs and action changes
Ensure marketing change requests are completed on time
Achieve 98% accuracy rate on printed materials
Day to day admin, filing & quotes
Archiving
Source collaterals on request to use as base for new projects
Raise stock CP codes for new collateral items & communicate
Ensure marketing tracker is updated with BAU and new projects

Desired Skills
Experience of working with creative agencies, copywriters, translation houses
Experience of working with standard and non-standard translations an advantage
Have at least 2 years of proven experience in copywriting and proof-reading
Knowledge of print
Brand management
Budget management
Project management
