Marketing Specialist Job

MARKETING SPECIALIST NEEDED for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NEW YORK, NY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Tableau and/or Salesforce experience mandatory
- Excellent communication skills required with capability to speak in front of large groups

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage daily dashboard and information input in proprietary sales and marketing database
- Manage ad hoc and management reporting in proprietary sales and marketing database
- Support Account Targeting Process with financial modelling, research, and data collection efforts
- Support Portfolio Business Development and Sales efforts with financial modelling, research, and data collection efforts
- Manage annual marketing spending in proprietary sales Operations Database
- Coordinate data needs and project timelines with the Sales Solutions team
- Coordinate data needs and project timelines with the Corporate Events team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Portfolio Sales Marketing Systems Specialist 5+ years of experience in a large-matrixed organization
- Media experience is a plus
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills mandatory
