Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MARKETING SPECIALIST to join our client in Scottsdale, AZ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Vendor coordination for file releases and materials pick up
- Collecting and filing customer approval forms in Excel and Salesforce.com
- Customer Event Planning, Communications Paying Bills (opening P.O., paying invoices) ordering supplies
- Other duties as assigned (Training, other admin back-up, internal organization communication, various team member needs, etc.)
- Assistance with trade shows

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1. 5 plus years of Marketing exposure and/or Executive Assistant
- Microsoft Office Experience (Proficient)
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook
- Project Management experience
- Executive Assistant background a plus
- Time management skills
- Verbal/Written communication skills
- Proactive nature
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability of multi-task
- Oracle Buy to Pay experience
- Social Networking exposure for business
