Marketing Program Manager Job

MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with SAP AMERICA located in PALO ALTO, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Candidate will support a variety of different projects supporting a marketing operations environment within a larger Marketing Program. Projects will include elements of marketing, budgeting, project management and communication, so candidate should possess strong project management, analytical and communication skills. Additional knowledge and experience around cloud marketing, audience marketing, nurture marketing, customer engagement best practices, wiki/Jam page development and event planning preferred but not essential. Experience with SAP internal systems also preferred but not essential.
- Project Management (including defining project scope, requirements, resource needs and time lines, managing pilot programs)
- Content Development (including internal presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and digital content)
- Marketing resource analysis (including budget strategy, analysis & impact)
- Nurture marketing strategy (including projects supporting establishment of a nurture marketing program)
- Communication (including e-mail, conference call management)
- Reporting (including project status reports)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Previous project management experience.
- Strong reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud, nurture, audience and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SAP internal systems is a plus.
