Marketing Program Manager (Direct Mail) Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a MARKETING PROGRAM MANAGER to join our client in Walnut Creek, California.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute and manage direct marketing programs for customer communications around engagement, cross-sell, and retention.
- Lead or partner with cross-functional teams around programs and new initiatives.
- Work with creative agency and internal creative resources to develop communication components of programs including design options and leading feedback/approval process.
- Analyze customer data across multiple dimensions to determine appropriate test and learn strategies at a program level around list section criteria, segments, offers, messaging, creative, etc.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least six to eight (6 - 8) years of experience implementing direct marketing campaigns, including project/program management
- Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external business partners to resolve issues, gain needed information, and influence outcomes.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns through direct mail, email, and outbound telemarketing.
- Proficient understanding of direct marketing best practices including list selection, offer management, creative development, and testing.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and/or compare program data/results, market research, trends, and competitive data to identify key learnings.
- Excellent project management skills with complex projects, plus strong Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience specific to customer marketing is a plus.
- Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams a plus.
