RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivering business value across multiple projects that combine into a program executed against a specific platform or around a business process using industry best practices for project management.
- Driving overall schedule and budget alignment to program commitments.
- Coordinating interdependencies across project related activities.
- Defining and managing a program plan/roadmap.
- Overseeing Project Managers that are driving project to baselined schedules and approved budgets.
- Initiating/kicking off individual projects with the Project Manager.
- Driving customer requirements and project scope definition.
- Driving new request quoting process.
- Providing appropriate scope oversight and leveraging change controls on the project.
- Instilling a change management philosophy to project deployment and adoption.
- Recognizing potential risks and developing and tracking mitigation plans across projects.
- Owning the relationship between internal and external development teams and internal business partners/customers.
- Owning project vendor relationship related to the execution of the project.
- Overseeing consistent, thorough and concise project communication appropriately targeted to audiences from the project team to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Delivering program level status and supporting regular senior leadership team reviews.
- Supporting a continuous improvement mindset within the team.

SKILLS

Must have 8+ years of project management including multiple successful execution of large projects. Ability to understand and navigate complex business organizations that are involved in project execution required. Must have proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. Demonstrated strong decision-making skills and good judgment in the face of ambiguous obligations and requirements needed. Specific experience with marketing/web based projects or marketing lead management and process improvements required. Experience with Change Management methodologies such as LaMarsh, experience mentoring and guiding Project Managers, and experience with roadmap management and program governance required. Must have strong facilitation skills with demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and work streams simultaneously. Exceptional verbal and written communications skills are essential. Experience with MS Project or other comparable tools needed. Must have a Bachelor's degree in in marketing, business, technology or related field; MBA a plus. PMI certification a plus.
