Marketing Product Manager Job

MARKETING PRODUCT MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's Client located in St. Louis, Missouri.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- This person should be an expert in bringing Consumer Products to Market with a background in Athletics.
- And a proven track record of success in launching and promoting excellent products .

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Work with the Director of Marketing, VP of Sales, and the VP of Product Development to develop the product strategy and roadmap.
- Develop and implement all product line-up plans including, but not limited to, the following elements: product specifications, recommended product MSRP pricing, marketing of product lines, comparison of features to competitors' products.
- Present recommendations of new products, product enhancements and any other related product projects to management, prioritizing features and providing corresponding justification.
- Communicate with internal team, and external dealers to gain knowledge and gather consumer research needed to drive future product projects.
- Research and continually educate yourself and internal team on relevant, developing technology and product features in the industry.
- Be an expert with respect to the competition.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE.

- 3 to 5 years of previous product management experience, with a major consumer packaged goods company
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Must be able and willing to travel.
