Marketing Procurement Specialist - London - Contract - £300+/day

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement/Sourcing specialist to join a market leading organisation based in London.

The overall purpose of the role is to assist the Category Manager within Marketing on all requirements in order to support the organisations business objectives by delivering the optimal efficiencies, compliance, price, value and operational benefits to the company.

Your Duties and Responsibilities are (but not limited to);
- Ensure all externally sourced GNFR suppliers are delivered in accordance with the companies Sourcing rules and processes
- Create and implement Sourcing (Procurement) strategies across the Marketing and Commercial areas
- Provide day-to-day management of suppliers, issue resolution, negotiations and acting as the contact point.
- Provide supplier performance management and relationship management
- Use your knowledge of the external supply market to support the operational owners in development of their business strategy

Skills & Experiences Required.
- Demonstrable consistent delivery against targets exceeding expectations of the client
- You can demonstrate a successful history of positively influencing stakeholders
- You can demonstrate entrepreneurial flair and can provide details of developing creative business solutions
- Strong E-Sourcing skills
- Good mathematical, evaluative and grammatical skills
- Knowledge of Sourcing principles
- Ability to plan and prioritise
