Marketing Operations Program Assistant

Our client a leading global IT Outsourcing business is searching for a Marketing Operations Administrator's to join their busy team!

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will provide a high level of Marketing administration and campaign support within a busy marketing team.

This role has a high admin support function, this will include:

- Managing the raising and processing of Purchase Orders
- Managing the Product Demo System
- Providing a high level of administration assistance (EA support) to the CMO
- Support on Marketing Execution programs

This role will require a more junior marketing professional with high analytical skills, and someone who doesn't mind the operational side of marketing. At times, assistance for Marketing Events, and other events will be supported.

You will have a background in EA/PA work, junior Marketing support and Purchase Order support.

This is a 2 x year contract based in Western Sydney with an ASAP start required. Free parking is available on-site and a train station is within a short walking distance.
