Marketing Operations Analyst

This is a new role in the newly created Marketing Operations function. The purpose of this position is to work with a consultancy firm to deliver some short term marketing operations goals so knowledge of lead generation is essential.

The role uses internal data to provide strategic insight and recommendations to help shape the project and provide recommendations for short to medium term actions.

An accomplished and result driven individual with proven experience in a commercial marketing/product environment within medium to large B2B organisations covering lead generation, marketing processes, marketing effectiveness and data analysis.

* Excellent commercial skills with the ability to understand complex industries
* Experience in creating functions and teams to deliver insights and recommendations to senior management to inform and drive change.
* Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
* A project manager with strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Access
* Experience of CRM systems (ideally exposure to Marketo or SFDC)
* Ability to quickly assess, understand data from different sources and construct relevant meaningful MI * Experience in working in a cross-functional team environment, often at a global level
* Ability to quickly assess process efficiency through data and insight; will be experienced at recommending and/or delivering changes which will add value ensure return on investment
* The candidate should be a problem solver, with lots of initiative who can take full control for the maintenance and acquisition of data and "own their own projects".
