PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, manage, and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and analysis results.
- Monitor and analyze Channel Marketing programs and promotions' results and ensure rewards are delivered. Share the information with the marketing staff. Review and present results.
- Communicate program findings with peers
- Manage the Premier Purchase program.
- Maintain reports
- Primary point of contact for availability and performance issues for specific NA Marketing programs
- Monitor and troubleshoot daily feeds to vendors displaying results
- Maintain territory assignment database.
- Run ad-hoc reports
- Provide Marketing program training
- Serve as liaison for marketing requirements from IT/sales team
- Follow up on issues from the IT/Sales teams.
- Provide input to marketing program strategies.
- Lead small projects or portions of larger projects.
- Drive and improve daily administration tasks.
SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college/university or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
- Experience in marketing operations
- Experience in a reporting/database role.
- Must have great attention to detail.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently multi-task to meet deliverables within the established time frames.
- Anticipates needs and requirements of colleagues.
- Experience interacting with Sales, IT, Marketing teams and Senior Leadership.
- Strong competence in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Brio Query
- Coding, and SalesForce skills
- Presentation skills
