Identifies and facilitates sharing of best practice in MCM, Consumer and Digital practices and analytics between regions.
Provides in-house analytic capabilities to leverage data from existing consumer quantitative surveys to inform current business decisions.
Advances the use of digital analytics and metrics.
Serves as a source of expertise for members on MCM, Consumer & Digital marketing to enhance effectiveness of regional colleagues in their client interactions.
Develop, update, and refine Marketing Mix Models.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate all primary & secondary research to support decision-making and implementation
- Develop state of the art approaches to Consumer research, focusing on innovation, cost effectiveness and insight generation
- Bring functional expertise to support Consumer, MCM and Digital initiatives
- Advance the use of digital analytics and metrics
- Partner with Analytics professionals in various regions to deliver against broad range of goals
- Ensure that functional and customer expertise is recognized and leveraged across the organization
- Execute research and analytics as required to advance goals and deliverables
