THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Proven planning and project management experience supporting brand promotion initiatives in the pharma/biotech industry within a leading corporation, management consulting environment or creative/media agency
- Ability to apply best practices in DTC/DTP digital and traditional media in support of branded multi-channel campaigns that realize positive ROI
- Experience in a highly regulated environment including regulatory, legal and medical review process
- An expert in DTP/DTC campaign management with experience marketing to consumers using a mix of digital and traditional media channels
- Five (5) - ten (10) years of business experience including two (2) to (3) years of work experience in consumer marketing with concentration in relationship and/or online marketing of pharmaceuticals or biologics to consumers
- Demonstrated success implementing multi-channel strategies and tactics to drive business growth
- Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Applies strategic and tactical expertise to plan, develop, execute, and analyze digital and traditional media within direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing campaigns designed to reach and engage patients. Successfully partner with cross-functional teams including brand promotion teams, access marketing, Sales Force, IS, agency partners and legal, medical and regulatory partners to deliver programs that deliver on business objectives
- Lead DTC initiatives for Prolia® through media and agency partners
- Execute on digital and traditional media campaign tactics such as TV, print advertising, CRM programs, Point of Care programs, website updates, search engine marketing (SEM/SEO), and online advertising (OLA)
- Manage campaign development timelines, budgets and performance to deliver on brand KPIs
- Partner with Promotional Marketing and Access Marketing teams to develop and integrate consumer strategies and programs
- Oversee targeting and segmentation strategies for campaigns utilizing test/control methodologies to assess campaign lift and ROI
- Partner with marketing analytics teams and agencies to understand where and how to optimize campaigns
- Communicate campaign (and customer) insights and opportunities to help refine brand positioning, messaging, targeting and budget allocation across channels
- Drive best practices and explore innovative communication channels, tactics, technology and partners with the potential to deliver on brand growth objectives
- Inform key stakeholders on campaign performance and reinforce support for DTC marketing to realize business objectives
- Promote DTC marketing and digital innovation across the organization

- Doctorate degree & 2 years of directly related experience OR
- Master's degree & 6 years of directly related experience OR
- Bachelor's degree or & 8 years of directly related experience
