SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Thousand Oaks, CA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Drive Healthcare professional RM, digital practices, and program development
- Develop integrated approach, communication, and education of RM and digital solutions with sales force and sales force automation tools
- Manage external resources to implement and optimize RM programs and digital initiatives in partnership with brands
- Develop RM and alternative channel strategies based on customer insights
- Develop and employ investment models, measurement plans and tracking systems to assess program potential, success and optimization
- Develop multi channel, multi contact communication plans in collaboration with agencies and leveraging internal enterprise data solutions
- Develop segmentation recommendations and implementation
- Develop insight throughout the buying process and leverage those insights for program development
- Develop and implement test and control RM and digital plans
- Participate in the discovery and implementation of new technology to achieve goals
- Educate key stakeholders on HCP RM and digital practices
- Serve as a catalyst and champion of RM and digital innovation in the organization
- Apply HCP RM and digital best practices to elevate and differentiate s-a offerings in this space
- Elevate the sophistication of digital strategies and tactics across the organization

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Master's degree plus six (6) years of directly related experience OR Bachelor's degree plus eight (8) years of directly related experience
- An expert in pharmaceutical relationship management
- Five to ten (5 - 10) years of business experience including two to three (2 to 3) years of work experience in HCP marketing, with concentration in relationship and/or online marketing of pharmaceuticals to HCP
- Excellent project management and planning experiences within a corporate or management consulting environment
- Experience in RM strategy and implementation, in the on and off-line media space, employing and leveraging sophisticated investment models, segmentation and measurement programs.
