Projektbeschreibung

An excellent role working for a leading global Asset Management firm.

The purpose of the role will supporting marketing efforts in the US from London. A secondary function will be to support EMEA and APAC marketing requests. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and is expected to provide advice and support to other marketing, sales and business development functions within the business and outside the US.

Strategic responsibilities:
*Facilitate the international marketing strategy planning for the following channels: institutional, wholesale, and consultant, as well as supporting our distribution partners
*Act as an alternate and back up to the UK marketing manager
*Develop and manage the implementation of marketing campaigns targeting specific client/geography/product segments
*Develop strong relationships and work effectively with other colleagues to coordinate projects
*Work closely with the compliance team to ensure a robust marketing/compliance/performance working framework and to ensure that all materials are compliant
*Develop creative and novel solutions to promote the brand in a cost and time effective manner

Campaign management:
*Develop marketing campaigns targeting specific client segments
*Implement campaigns using the full marketing toolkit (both on and offline)
*Manage relationships with internal marketing teams and third party agencies
*Track and report marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments where necessary

Development of marketing comms materials

Events:
Act as a key resource supporting the marketing department on selected events in both the UK and US. Events types include but are not limited to: corporate hospitality, training, conferences, seminars, dinners, lunches, etc.
Planning all elements of selected events including venue, catering, dressing, staging, presentations, accommodations, hand-outs

Skills required:
*Previous Marketing experience within a global organisation, ideally banking or Asset Management
*Ideally an understanding and experience of North American institutional market and culture
*Ability to develop a full understanding of the US investment landscape distribution arrangements
*Strong understanding of capital markets and investment management related data
*Strong event management skills
*Team player with high attention to detail
