PAYRATE: $47.89 PER HOUR ON W2 WITHOUT BENEFITS

JOB DESCRIPTION:.

Provide Marketing/Communications leadership and strategic communications direction to the Business, partnering with Global & Product Marketing, and Communication teams. Acting as liaison between product marketing and Marketing/Communications, this role will manage, develop and implement Marketing Communication strategies for key product launches, corporate or cross P&L initiatives and programs within the MDx P&L. This position will work in partnership with the product marketing function to ensure that customer needs surfaced by the region teams are evaluated as part of the planning and implementation process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- 8 - 10 years of product marketing experience within the healthcare industry launching products and competitive analysis.
- 6 - 5 years Marketing/Communications experience.
- Requires a strategic, externally focused and inclusive leader who will be responsible for the management and delivery across the entire Marketing/Communications team supporting the P&L.
- Ability to understand and deliver to high level branding and positioning guidelines as well as drive consistent Marketing/Communications processes and best practice sharing is critical.
- Accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiar with molecular diagnostics, bio-pharma, oncology and pathology
- BA degree in related area strongly preferred, but will consider candidates with the required level of experience
