Before Christmas and New Year creeps upon us, I would like to take the opportunity to introduce an exciting new position to you in the field of medical devices!

My client is based in Germany, and is currently searching for a Marketing Expert in the field of medical imaging.

My client specialises in the radiation therapy and medical imaging sector. To join the diagnostics department, the Marketing Expert profile is as such:

Profile:
- You take the full ownership of the global marketing strategy & planning of the product portfolio you are assigned to. Together with the Product Management you are responsible in defining the product positioning on a global scale.
- Execution of the marketing plans with support of external agencies

Taking responsibility for the production for all marketing channels

- Continuing to build to company corporate identity, as well as developing the marketing mix in order to reach the marketing goals assigned.
- International travel in order to work closely with the different branches

Your background:
*Several years experience and traceable marketing achievements in the medical imaging field, preferably in X-ray, CT or equivalent)
*Strong analytical skills mixed with technical / clinical understanding

As the company culture is to talk in English and you will be joining a very international team - fluency English is vital. German knowledge is a plus but not a must.

The position should ideally be filled in the first quarter of 2013.
