Marketing Executive, Greater London, Temporary

An exciting role is available as a temporary Marketing Executive, to join a global marketing team. My client is a market-leading media and publishing specialist providing data services, online lead generation services, community websites, magazines and events across a variety of sectors.

This role would encompass a wide range of responsibilities, key among them delivering the strategy for the companys portfolio of specialist tools and add-on products. This would be the ideal job for a talented marketing professional with an aptitude and passion for the ever evolving digital marketing landscape, and impressive communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

-Delivering marketing strategy for the specialist products by executing campaigns that drive engagement and new prospects.
-Utilising the full marketing mix to plan, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns in line with the customer lifecycle.
-Working closely with the sales team and award winning editorial team to define and communicate the companys user proposition for their portfolio of specialist products.

You will also be required to:

-Have a thorough understanding of the competitive and customer landscape, designing marketing campaigns to deliver maximum ROI.
-Develop an effective relationship with key stakeholder groups, informing them of marketing activities and results.
-Proactively test new and/or improved marketing campaigns within the context of the wider marketing and business strategy.
-Brief and manage media and creative agencies on specific marketing campaigns.
-Be responsible for the copywriting of all advertising and promotional campaigns.
-Track all marketing campaigns using an analytics platform (training will be given).
-Use campaign results to evaluate ROI, optimise campaigns and formulate future plan.
-Translate marketing results into sales stories for the sales team.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

-Proven knowledge and experience of online marketing techniques, including PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
-Effective project management and budget management skills.
-Candidate must be a relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Results driven.
-Strong copywriting and proof reading skills.
-Innovative, enthusiastic, can-do problem solver.
-University degree or equivalent. Marketing qualification preferable.
