Marketing Executive - Events, Sponsorship & Conferences

MARKETING EXECUTIVE - EVENTS, SPONSORSHIP, CONFERENCES

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To support the Sponsorship team with internal and external communications initiatives and administrative assistance.

Our client are an international business with a fantastic reputation, extremely well known within the financial services sectors our client hold many sponsorship focused events. This role presents exciting exposure to our clients sponsors and a great opportunity to further develop your skills in a successful blue chip organisation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THE ROLE:

- Manage invitations, RSVPs, and responses relating to sponsorship events
- Compile and distribute spreadsheets relating to ticketing for sponsorship events and provide feedback to stakeholders on acceptances etc
- Work with the Global Sponsorship team (locally, In the USA and New Zealand) and external agencies to ensure consistency and alignment with sponsorship activities
- Write invitations and similar promotional documents
- Assist with promotional activities

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Large international event and conference coordination experience
- Initiative and Customer focused
- Diligent and attentive to detail
- Dealing with senior management, customers and external agencies
- Strong organisational skills

Contract, £220 - £300 pd.
