MARKETING/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Francisco, CA

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Administrative Support Experience
- Marketing Experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Will be responsible for maintaining the calendars of the Marketing department staff
- Organize and scheduling department meetings, scheduling catering, taking minutes, set up of meeting space
- Provide administrative support to department, preparing documents, presentations
- Establish and maintain filing system, prepare files for off-site storage
- Coordinate large mailing projects, answer and log incoming calls
- Will be responsible for vendor management for department
- Posts content on company website following protocols
- Will respond to consumer mail, email and telephone inquiries

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two to Three (2-3) years of administrative support experience
- Experience in a managed care organization
- General knowledge of the HMO and PPO contracting networks
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organization/communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
