Marketing Executive

Interim Marketing Executive - Redhill - 3 Month Initial contract - We are an international Staffing and Managed Service company and we are currently seeking an Interim Marketing Executive to work in Redhill on a 3 month initial contract.

Job Responsibilities:
To create and maintain company templates and communicate updates to the business.
To support Bid with new graphics and document production where appropriate, particularly Adobe InDesign.
To be responsible for all creative marketing output - fliers, posters, banners, web imagery, etc.
To be responsible for maintenance of European Corporate Presentation.
To design internal materials, eg anniversary emails, office directions, email signatures, values related items, Intranet themes.
To film and edit simple, professional corporate videos, and liaise with external suppliers (eg studios and animators) where needed.
To write online and offline copy for internal and external use.
To identify editorial opportunities, especially online.
To update Intranet content. (Excludes HR/employee details and Quality Management.)
To maintain design and content of all external website in Europe.
To support the design of UX requirements.
To write copy that supports the company's search marketing and SEO objectives.
To support the design of new or enhanced websites.
To respond to all submissions sent to the Marketing Mailbox within agreed SLAs.
To write content for dissemination across corporate social networks.
To be responsible for design of all agreed social media channels.
To create, develop, and maintain brand identity guidelines.
To be responsible for email templates &c. sent to customers from our CRM.
To update Head Office induction and other company slides on a monthly basis.
To create and update collateral specific to each Division or country.

Skills/Experience Required:
Graphic design skills
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (eg InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
MS Office
Social Media experience
Video production (eg filming videos, editing video's)
Excellent writing skills (eg Blogs, Social Media, Websites)
